The Board of Directors functions in establishing and maintaining corporate existence, planning with the assistance of the General Manager, providing facilities, financing, authorities, and controlling. The Board accomplishes this by holding regular and special meetings, receiving and reviewing regular and special reports, assigning Board Committees for specific purposes and giving due consideration to advice from the General Manager.
