Request Service

To request service with Yampa Valley Electric Association, please fill out the downloadable Connect or Disconnect Form.

The connection/disconnection form MUST be signed to be valid.

Steps for successful connect or disconnect of service:

 

  1. Download form and save to your computer
  2. Print and sign form
  3. Scan and email to billing@yvea.com or fax to 970-871-2271

Third Party Notification

Third Party Notification is a service that gives YVEA members the opportunity to designate a third-party to whom notices of discontinuance of service for non-payment will be delivered.

Automatic Service Transfer

Automatic Service Transfer is a service that requests YVEA to leave the electric service to the service location connected to an owner/landlords name in the event that anyone other than the owner/landlord orders it disconnected.
