YVEA Receives Grant for EV Charging Stations
(Steamboat Springs & Craig, Co), Yampa Valley Electric Association (YVEA) is proud to be one of the grant recipients for the Charge Ahead Colorado grant recently awarded by the Colorado Energy Office. YVEA was awarded a total of $18,000 toward two electric vehicle charging stations that were installed at our Craig and Steamboat Springs campuses for employee and public use.
The EV charging station in Craig is the first publicly accessible charging station in Moffat County.
The YVEA Board of Directors and management team unveiled the new EV Chargers on June 25, 2019.
