YVEA is a member-owned, not-for-profit electric cooperative that is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Rules and Regulations, which were first established by the Board of Directors in 1940 when the Cooperative was founded and is regularly reviewed, outlines the conditions in which we supply electricity to our service territory.
