After conducting an internal security review, we have made the decision to remove the drop boxes we have at City Markets locations and the Mercantile in Hayden. Starting October 15th, these drop boxes will no longer be available for payments. Members who are looking to pay their bill can do so in person at our Craig or Steamboat offices, by utilizing the secured, 24/7 video monitored drop boxes at our offices, online via SmartHub account, or by using our secure pay-by-phone line at 970-879-1160.
