The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for Carbon County. The Red Flag Warning is for Thursday, August 6 from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm. During that time period, YVEA will be placing our system into Fire Protection Mode. When we are in Fire Protection Mode, members may use their electricity as normally and will only notice a change in service if there is an actual outage. If there is an outage, members should plan on longer than normal outages due to us needing to inspect the lines before reenergizing. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to protect the communities we serve.
