RED FLAG WARNING: Carbon County The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for Carbon County that begins today, Tuesday, September 8 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This means YVEA will be putting our system into Fire Protection Mode for the entirety of Red Flag Warning. When we are in FPM, members may use their electricity as normal and will only notice a disruption in service if there is an actual outage. If there is an outage, members should prepare for longer, more frequent outages, as we will need to inspect our lines before reenergizing.
