The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for Carbon County that begins today, Monday, September 14 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Because of the red flag conditions, YVEA will be putting our system into Fire Protection Mode. When we are in FPM, members may use their electricity as normal and will only notice a disruption in service if there is an actual outage. If there is an outage, members should prepare for longer, more frequent outages, as we will need to inspect our lines before reenergizing. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to protect our communities during these hot, dry conditions.
