Date of Notice: March 5, 2025

NOTICE OF A CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE OF FEES OF Yampa Valley Electric Association, Inc. (“Association”), with a principal place of business at 2211 Elk River Road, Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80487.

You are hereby notified that the above-named Association proposes to make revisions to its Colorado Schedule of Fees to become effective April 5, 2025:

The redline changes are available for examination at the office of the Association upon request or visit www.yvea.com. Anyone who desires to complain about the proposed changes shall file a written complaint with the Association at 2211 Elk River Road, Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80487 at least ten (10) days before the proposed effective date.

The Association may hold a hearing to determine what changes will be authorized. The changes ultimately authorized pursuant to such hearing may or may not be the same as those proposed and may include changes different than those fees proposed or currently in effect. Anyone who desires to receive notice of hearing, if any, shall make a written request therefore to the Association, at the above address, at least ten (10) days before the proposed effective date.
