NOTICE: YAMPA VALLEY ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION
2024 ANNUAL MEETING DATE AND
ELECTION PROCESS FOR DIRECTOR DISTRICTS
The Annual Meeting of Members of Yampa Valley Electric Association, Inc. will be held at YVEA Craig campus, 3715 US-40, Craig, CO 81625, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 to take the following action on the following matters:
1. Hearing and taking action on reports of officers, directors, and committees;
2. To elect three (3) directors;
Director Districts Expiring in 2024 Are:
District #1: Baggs, Savery, WY: Glynda Sheehan
District #8: Steamboat Springs, CO: Scott McGill
District #9: Yampa, Toponas, Bond, CO: Ken Rogers
3. The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Ballots will be mailed and emailed on May 24, 2024. To be valid and counted, each ballot must be signed by the consumer-member whose name is on the label and the ballot must be received at the location of the third-party ballot counter by Thursday, June 20, 2024. If the meeting is held virtually, the director election will be completed by mail/email ballot process only.
