3.3.25 Mowing Operations - YVEA crews and All Weather Service will be working on vegetation management in South Routt, south of King Mountain from Toponas to Burns and over to Bond. These operations should start next week, weather permitting, and should last for a few weeks.
Our Craig office will be closed starting at 10 am on Wednesday, February 26th. Our Steamboat office will be closed from 11 am - 3 pm as well. To ay your bill, please call us at 970-879-1160, use our office drop boxes, or through your SmartHub app.
As part of our ongoing commitment to security, YVEA's monthly scheduled server maintenance will be taking place Friday, February 21, from 6-8 pm. During this time, we may see interruptions of service to SmartHub, Secure Pay by Phone, and Outage map.
Luminate and YVEA offices will be closed on January 1st, in observance of the holiday. to pay your bill, please utilize SmartHub, our office drop boxes, or by using our secure pay-by-phone at 970-879-1160.
12.27.24: A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for much of our service territory, with heavy snowfall and high winds predicted. There is a chance that members may experience blinks when lines unload snow or if vegetation comes into contact with lines.
In observation of the holiday, YVEA and Luminate offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December, 25th. To pay your bill, please use pay-by-phone at 970-879-1160, use SmartHub, or utilize our drop boxes.
Please note that tomorrow, Wednesday, December 11th, our Craig offices will be closed from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and Steamboat offices from 10:00 am - 11:00 am for team building.
